New bookdates are uploaded every week.

Refunds and returns of unused items are possible until 14 days after receiving your order.

* Products are shipped within a three days of placing your order.

* Orders places before 4 p.m. on Wednesday - Sunday are likely shipped the same day.

* Free pick up is possible in Books & Crafts in Eindhoven.

* If you place a pre-order in the same order, your order will be shipped all together once the pre-order is in. If you want the other products earlier, please place two separate orders.

* All products are shipped from the Netherlands.

* Postage is calculated at checkout.
