These are the Terms of Service of Maudboard. Throughout the website www.maudboard.com, "we," "us," or "our" refers to Maudboard. These terms always apply when you use our website or place an order through our website, and they contain important information for you. Please read them carefully.

1. Applicability of these terms

- These terms are based on an agreement between Maudboard and the consumer. This text is provided to the consumer before acceptance.

- These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries by us, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

- If you include any provisions that differ from, or are not included in, these terms, such provisions will only be binding upon us if we have accepted them in writing.

2. Products and Pricing

- All Products and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

- Products are described as clearly as possible. Images are provided to show the product, but colors and detail may differ in real life.

3. Orders and Payments

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

- Payment is required upon order placement and handled through the services provided by Wix.com. Wix.com accepts the following payment methods: Credit and debit cards, iDeal, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

- We aim to ship orders within 5 business days; however, orders may be delayed on occasion. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location. See Shipping & Returns for further information.

- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.

- If the shipping needs to be reshipped due to a wrong or incomplete address, extra shipping costs may be charged.

5. Returns and Refunds

- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. See the Shipping & Returns section for further details.

- Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content on the Website is the property of Maudboard and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

- All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Website are the trademarks of Maudboard.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy states how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Responsibility

- Maudboard's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, unless there is intent or negligence.

- Maudboard is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, or damage due to misuse of the products.

9. Governing law
All offers, agreements, and deliveries by us, and disputes in general between you and us, arising out of and/or in connection with these terms and/or to which these terms apply, are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, as well as any agreement concluded between you and us and any subsequent agreements resulting therefrom, shall be settled by the Dutch court. If you are a consumer and this would result in the jurisdiction of a court that is not competent under the law, you shall have 33 days from the date we invoke this provision to opt for settlement of the dispute by the competent court under the law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
