Shipping & refunds

Shipment​

1. All products are shipped through PostNL from the Netherlands. These should be shipped within a few business days of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Pre-orders are not shipped within a few business days. The expected date is listed on the product page.

3. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

4. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

5. We offer international shipping within Europe. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. If you want products shipped to a country outside of Europe, contact us at maudboardshop@gmail.com. We will look at the possibilities.

6. Domestic (NL) shipping: €4.50, EU shipping: €9.50 (calculated at checkout). All rates are subject to change.

Returns and Exchanges

1. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To apply for a return, please contact us at maudboardshop@gmail.com. If the return period of 14 days has passed, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition.

3. Contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Pack the item securely and (if possible) in the original packaging. Ship the item to the address provided to you via email.

4. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our customer support within 14 days of receiving the product.

7. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
